Bengals, T.O. talking
Free agent wide receiver Terrell Owens had dinner Tuesday night in Cincinnati with members of the Bengals' coaching staff and is to visit the team's headquarters Wednesday. Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has been lobbying for the club to sign Owens. "There's always been the speculation and perception out there and Chad kick-started it and lobbied to have me here as a teammate, and I welcome it with open arms," Owens said after arriving in town Tuesday, according to the Cincinnati Enquirer. "... His work is already done. He put the bug out there. So right now we have to solidify some things.... Chad realizes in the playoffs they may have been one or two players from getting to the big show so obviously he's a fan of my abilities."
