The Tampa Bay Buccaneers released wide receiver Dexter Jackson, the team announced. Jackson was a second-round draft choice last year. He played in seven games last season as a rookie and didn't have a catch. He averaged 4.9 yards per punt return and 23.4 yards per kickoff return.
