Jackson, Rosenfels Split Starting Work
According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, quarterbacks Tarvaris Jackson and Sage Rosenfels each took snaps with the Minnesota Vikings' starting offense during Friday's practice. They are to compete for the starting job after Brett Favre stayed in retirement, passing up a chance to sign with the Vikings. Rosenfels was obtained in an offseason trade with the Houston Texans.
