McCoy says he belongs in QB conversation
INDIANAPOLIS--Texas quarterback Colt McCoy said this weekend he feels he deserves to be mentioned in the conversation about the top quarterbacks available in the draft. "I set huge expectations for myself," McCoy said. "I definitely see myself up there. I don't pay attention to what people say about me.... My height is a knock---6 [foot] 1 and a quarter, that's what God gave me. I'm going to do the best I can with it." McCoy said those who question his lack of size should remember that the New Orleans Saints' Super Bowl-winning quarterback, Drew Brees, is listed at an even 6 feet tall. "I hope you guys see that," McCoy told reporters. "I definitely see that."
