Pats announce re-signing of Faulk

The New England Patriots re-signed running back Kevin Faulk, the team announced. Faulk had been an unrestricted free agent. He had 335 rushing yards and 301 receiving yards in 15 games for the Patriots last season. Faulk's 3,605 career receiving yards rank third among active running backs.
