Police say Vick not ruled out as suspect
According to the Associated Press, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick has not been ruled out as a suspect or a person of interest by police in a shooting incident early Friday morning at a birthday party for him in Virginia Beach. Spokesman Adam Bernstein said police did not immediately look at Vick as a suspect because detectives had not begun their investigation, the AP reported. There had been previous reports that the police had no interest in Vick in relation to the incident.
